Hi, my name is John Newton. I am a long term advocate of bounce houses (commonly called jumping castles, moonwalks and bouncy castles) and I have closely followed how the rental market has built up in this country.

The inflatable companies I own, now or in the past have performed well over 250,000 rentals and entertained over 4 million children.

I am a practical and hands on person. I come with no engineering degree and I have no letters after my name. However I have done it, I have achieved it, I have rented it, I have built it, I have touched it, I have experienced it around the world, I have read every article known in this industry and so on, so my credentials are practical.

No one wants an accident with a bounce house (jumping castle). However most times, customers, manufacturers and rental companies have no idea what to look for.

So be careful when you're out there taking advice or listening to others. I have operated in 4 countries, I have visited manufacturing plants in 6 countries and I have visited every amusement show around the world at least twice in the past 5 years. I don't take advice from current standards in most countries I take advice from a range of sources (including multiple federal standards) and tried and tested situations to get me where to I am today.
